- MRI imaging of mice sacroilliac joints to monitor axial inflammation in preclinical models of spondyloarthropathy.
- Brain atlas project to acquire probabilistic DTI and DKI atlases of control rats.
- Diffusion Tensor (DTI) and Kurtosis Imaging (DKI) imaging in different animal models.
MRI METHODOLOGY & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
- Development, implementation and adaptation of the MR-sequences required for the variety of biological and medical research projects.
- Post processing of the MRI for the quantitative analysis of the functional, physiological and/or biological data.
